This employee service uses your verified QuextID to provide authorized courses, assignments and completion history.
What is recorded
Training records include assigned courses, deadlines, saved lesson position and practice state, quiz responses, scores, pass/fail results, timestamps and course versions. Activity drafts are learning aids; only server-confirmed quiz results award completion.
Who can access records
You can view your own authorized learning records. Training administrators can manage assignments and access. Supervisors can view completion reports only for employees within their assigned scope. Authoring access does not grant employee-wide result access.
Account and retention
Your existing Quext account verifies sign-in. Passwords are not stored in the training database. Learning records are retained for training administration; no automatic deletion period has been configured. Contact your Quext administrator about access, corrections or retention requirements.
Downloaded material
Study-guide downloads require course access. Copies you download or print remain on your device after sign-out. Use organizational guidance for their storage and disposal.
